US Box Office Top 10 – 13-15/04

Despite stiff competition from 2 new entries this week the Hunger Games can still not be moved from the top of the chart.

3 new films graced the top 10, first off going in at a low number 9 was sci-fi/action thriller Lockout, doing better but should of gone straight into the number 1 spot was the brilliant The Cabin in the Woods however it was comedy The Three Stooges that was this weeks highest new entry going in at number 2.

10 – Dr Seuss’ The Lorax – $3.020.000 – $204.483.000

8 – 21 Jump Street – $6.800.000 – $120.565.000

7 – Wrath of the Titans – $6.905.000 – $71.251.000

6 – Mirror Mirror – $7.000.000 – $49.468.000

5 – American Reunion – $10.700.000 – $39.900.000

4 – Titanic 3D – $11.625.000 – $44.419.000

3 – The Cabin in the Woods – (NE) – $14.850.000

2 – The Three Stooges – (NE) – $17.100.000

1 – The Hunger Games – $21.500.000 – $337.070.000

New Releases – There is very little of note out this week however if you want to go and see something new then the only film of note out this weeks is romantic drama starring Zac Efron, The Lucky One.
