Well there was very little change with this weeks chart especially when it comes to the number one spot with Monsters University holding on to the top spot for a second week and only suffering a 16% drop off on takings.

Two new films entered this weeks top 10, first off going in at number nine was thriller starring Nicolas Cage, The Frozen Ground.  The only other new entry in this weeks chart went to the final part in the cornetto trilogy The Worlds End which went in at number two, the film did nowhere near what was expected of it taking much less than Hot Fuzz and Paul which both took more than £5 in there opening weekend.

New Releases – Not very much out for a second week in a row and that’s why the overall takings are down again on this time next year, so let’s hope The Wolverine the only new film this week can turn that around.
