US box office top 10 – W/E 05/01/14

Well the first top 10 of 2014 hasn’t given us anything in the way of surprises, in fact last weeks number one Frozen has managed to spend another week at the top of the chart.

Only one new film went into this weeks top 10 and that went to Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, despite the film only going in at number two and taking just under the $20 million it has still taken nearly 4 times it’s budget making it another success for Jason Blums production house.

New Releases – Only one new film is out this week and that’s the action film The Legend of Hercules starring Kellan Lutz.
