Coming up on this weeks show, in the cinema section we take a look at the latest action film from Roland Emmerich with White House Down, formula one drama starring Chris Hemsworth in Rush, horror sequel with Insidous Chapter 2, true life baseball drama 42 and comedy drama In A World… written, directed and starring Lake Bell as a voice-over artist. On Blu-Ray/DVD we take a look at the sixth in the over the top action series Fast and Furious 6, drama in The Reluctant Fundamentalist, action thriller Fire with Fire, British comedy starring Danny Dyer in Run For Your Wife, hippy comedy starring Paul Rudd, Our Idiot Brother and creep horror film The Moth Diaries,  plus as usual our TV movie of the week, the latest movie news, UK box office top 10 & DVD/Blu-Ray top 10.

On this weeks jam packed show in the cinema section James Franco steps foot in Oz with Oz: The Great and Powerful, Jason Statham stars in action film Parker, off beat drama Robot and Frank, Steven Soderbergh brings us his supposed last ever film, Side Effects, Josh Duhamel goes up against gangster boss Vincent D’Onofrio in Fire With Fire and drama film Broken.  On Blu-Ray/DVD we say goodbye to Bella and Edward in Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 2, Joaquin Phoenix goes up against Phillip Seymour Hoffman in The Master, Jessica Alba stars in The Tall Man, small British horror film Comedown and the final movie of the week is thriller Small Town Murder Songs, plus as usual our TV movie of the week, a look at the latest movie news and the UK Box Office and Blu-Ray/DVD top 10′s.

UK box office top 10

Wreck-It Ralph could only hold on to the top spot for one week as the chart was flooded with new entries and it was inevitable that it couldn’t hold it’s weight against the flood of new films.

5 new films graced this weeks chart and one film found it’s way back into the top 10 despite it now being available on DVD.  First up the new entries and going in at number 10 was Park Chan Wook’s strange film Stoker, on place above that was thriller Arbitrage, hitting the number 7 spot was drama thriller Broken City.  Into the top 5 now and at number was was romantic drama Safe Haven.  This weeks new number 1 though went to Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters.

One quick thing to mention is that the film that has found it’s way back into the top 10 thanks to the Oscars was the brilliant Argo.

New Releases – A lot of new films will be trying to take your money this week so i will quickly go over them.  First off the biggest movie of the week is adventure film Oz: The Great and Powerful, also on offer is action thriller Parker, Drama Robot and Frank, thriller from Steven Soderbergh Side Effects and on limited release is action film Fire with Fire.
