Coming Up This Week (21/05/12)

Coming up this week we review new cinema release The Dictator from the man who brought you Ali G and Borat, Sacha Baron Cohen and Indonesian martial arts thriller The Raid from director Gareth Evans. On DVD & Blu Ray we review Liam Neeson’s struggle to survive in the elements in The Grey, MMA fighter Gina Carano’s first starring role in Steven Soderbergh’s star studied thriller Haywire, science fiction alien invasion flick The Darkest Hour, George Clooney in the Oscar nominated The Descendants, Clive Owen stars in horror/thriller Intruders, and small budget flick Freerunner, plus as usual our look at the latest movie news and the UK Box Office and Blu-Ray/DVD top 10′s.

Coming Up this week – 26/03/12

This week we have reviews in the cinema section of the eagerly anticipated adaptation of The Hunger Games starring Jennifer (X-Men: First Class) Lawrence, french movie The Kid With A Bike and Act Of Valor (yes, we know it should be Valour, but feared if we correct it the Marines in the movie will show up in the MMS studio and make us change it back!), plus in the DVD & Blu Ray section we’ll be covering new releases including dancing penguins in Happy Feet Two, return to Never, Never Land with Antonio Banderas in Puss In Boots, Mary Elizabeth Winstead battles The Thing, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Seth Rogen star in cancer drama 50/50, Nicholas Cage struggles to seek Justice, Rebecca Hall searches for the truth in The Awakening, we look at another adaptation of Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights and Jack Black, Steve Martin & Owen Wilson take up bird watching in The Big Year, plus as usual we’ll also go over the latest movies news, the UK Box Office and Blu-Ray/DVD top 10 plus our DVD alternative.
