Directed by McG, This Means War is a spy comedy starring Tom Hardy (Inception) and Chris Pine (Star Trek) as two CIA operatives and best friends who both fall for the same woman, played by Reese Witherspoon (Water For Elephants), and decide that no tactic is off limits when it comes to deciding who will date her.
First Impression: Looks kinda like Mr & Mrs Smith crossed with a date movie, might be interesting, but unsure because, let’s admit it, while McG did a decent directing job on Terminator Salvation (though the trailer spoiled it ALL), his track record prior to that was god-awful. Oh, and it appears Tom Hardy is the busiest actor in Hollywood.
