Trailer – The Martian

Plot – During a manned mission to Mars, Astronaut Mark Watney is presumed dead after a fierce storm and left behind by his crew. But Watney has survived and finds himself stranded and alone on the hostile planet. With only meager supplies, he must draw upon his ingenuity, wit and spirit to subsist and find a way to signal to Earth that he is alive.

First Impressions – Ridley Scott hasn’t had a good time of late with his movies as Exodus, The Counselor and Prometheus failing to capture the brilliance of his early career, The Martian however looks like Scott is back on form.

By the looks of things it’s mixing the tension of Gravity and interstellar and if it can pull it off it might be one of the films to look forward too
