On DVD & Blu Ray we review Fede Alvarez’ remake of grizzly horror movie Evil Dead, an all star cast including Ryan Gosling and Bradley Cooper star in drama The Place Beyond The Pines, Noomi Rapace and Rachel McAdams star in director Brian De Palma’s remake of French movie Love Crime in Passion, and James Franco, Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez star in controversial drama Spring Breakers, plus as usual our TV movie of the week, the latest movie news, UK box office top 10 & DVD/Blu-Ray top 10.

Monday Movie Show Catch Up (19/11/12)

This week we had a slightly smaller show than usual owing to a lack of new DVD/Blu Ray releases. So instead of two halves, everything’s in one part! Catch up as firstly we take a look at the final part of Twilight: Breaking Dawn, Part 2 thanks to @Bouncybhall and his wife Nicola who gives us the lowdown on the movie, Paul Thomas Anderson introduces us to The Master in his latest mind bending movie, and we take a look at French film maker Michael Haneke’s latest film, Amour.  On DVD/Blu-Ray we review Dr Seuss latest book to be turned into a animated film in the form of The Lorax and there is a problem with Christmas and Arthur Christmas is the only person who can help, as well as the latest movie news and our weekly look at the UK Box office and DVD/Blu-Ray top 10’s.

Review: The Amazing Spider-Man

Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) lives the typical life of a high school student. One day he gains the attention of Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) after standing up for a younger kid.
