Competition T’s & C’s

From time to time we may be giving away a DVD (Or alternative prizes if specified), All you have to do is follow the entry instructions and if necessary send us your entry by e-mail (mondaymovieshow@yahoo.com) or via twitter (@ahdvd, @Cryptictadpole, or @mondaymovieshow). The winner will then be chosen at random (unless otherwise specified in the show – ie – best answer given), the following terms and conditions apply to any competitions hosted on the show.

Terms & Conditions:

1: In the event that you are the winner, you agree to your name or chosen online alias (in the case of twitter names) to be announced as the winner by The Monday Movie Show.

2: Competitions are open to UK and Northern Ireland entries unless otherwise stated. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw to confirm. You must have a valid UK postal address and will be required to send this to The Monday Movie Show within 14 days of notice being sent, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

3: Prizes will be sent by first class Royal Mail in suitably protective packaging. The Monday Movie Show is not responsible for any damage incurred to prizes/missing prizes due to mis-handling by Royal Mail.

4: Entries must be made by e-mail/twitter unless otherwise stated and must be received by 11.59pm on the Sunday before the next edition of The Monday Movie Show is to be broadcast (unless otherwise stated). Any entries received after the competition closing time will be discarded.

5: One entry per person per show/week unless otherwise stated. The first answer received will be accepted, duplicate entries or alternate answers will be discarded.

6: There are no cash alternatives.

7: In the event that the prize cannot be sent, any choice of a substitute item will be solely at the discretion of The Monday Movie Show.

8: The competition can be closed at anytime at the discretion of The Monday Movie Show.

9: Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be aged 18 or over.

10: The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these rules.
